1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No exchanges or cancellations once payment has been made. Please thoroughly check if you have inputted your address correctly.

 

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Defect items are allowed to be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase. In such cases, please email ask.sherkzyco@gmail.com with the title, "Defect Item (Order number) E.g. Defect Item (#1234). Please attach a picture of the faulty garment and email it to us immediately. Alternatively, for a faster reply, you can DM us via Instagram and our admins will reach out to you as soon as possible. 

 

3. PICK UP ORDERS

All self-pickup orders have to be collected within 2 days of the pickup email date. Uncollected parcels will be discarded if they are unclaimed for more than a week. 

 

4. DISCLAIMER

We bring in apparels with a wide range of colours. Our products may have potential colour variation due to lighting play in the studio, photography, or tablets. Please take colour references from the product picture instead of our colour picker bubble icon. For measurements wise, please allow a 1-2cm variation as items are usually measured by hand.
