Look through our online store and pick whatever you like! Once done, decide on your preferred payment method & shipping preferences.

 

1. PAYMENT METHOD

For locally shipped orders, we currently have the option of PayNow (auto) & Paylah (manual) readily available.

      • Automatically receives your payment
      • Processed via the checkout page itself
      • Our server will connect with a trusted third-party payment portal to process your payment. All cards information will not be kept by us & is secured and confidential to you and your bank only
      • Orders are automatically confirmed once you get your order confirmation email (Please check your junk mail as sometimes they get stuck there!)
 PayLah
      • Manual transfer has to be done by opening your banking app and inserting the amount needed for the payment. Please screenshot to us the payment proof & forward it to us via email

If you prefer payment via Bank Transfer, do contact us directly via Instagram Messages.

 

2. SHIPPING PREFERENCES

You can choose to pick up your orders or have them shipped to you via our efficient courier services. 

 

 FOR PICKUP ORDERS
      • Pre-arrangement is required before dropping by our warehouse space in Woodlands Horizon. Please wait for an email notification prompting for pickup before coming down. In the email, you will receive the full pickup location and details. 
      • Normally, our contactless pickups are available from Friday after 6pm till — Sunday 11:59pm the same week.
      • Pickup items will only be kept for a maximum of 2 days. No collection within the time frame will result in cancellation.
      • Pickups are usually contactless based. 
 FOR LOCALLY SHIPPED ORDERS
      • We do mass parcel packing every Friday morning at 11am. Based on our routine delivery rounds, your parcel will reach you between Mon-Wed.
      • Courier J&T: 1-3 working days
      • $4.99 flat rate regardless of weight
      • Tracking number & SMS updates provided 
      • 3 consecutive attempts of doorstep delivery over 3 working days


Do note that all live orders via Instagram (IG) will be kept on hold for an automatic combination of parcels for the week. This allows you to combine your order without extra shipping charges should you wish to add to your already confirmed orders.
We hold IG lives twice a week, the parcel will be packed and shipped after the second live sale. 

 

3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the parcel and the country of destination. We will contact you via email if the amount of shipping delivery exceeds the initially stated pricing. The estimated time for the parcel to reach you will be within 7-10 working days (delays could be subjected to customs clearance checks). Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is being delivered. A payment email & guide will be sent to you once you press checkout.
